Competiu pelo campeonato centro-oeste de marcas e pilotos. Iniciou na pol\u00edtica coordenando alguns \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos: foi diretor Financeiro da Comob Habita\u00e7\u00e3o, diretor Administrativo e Financeiro da Junta Comercial do Estado de Goi\u00e1s (Juceg) e diretor Financeiro da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Goi\u00e2nia. Zander j\u00e1 foi vereador por dois mandatos, secret\u00e1rio de Cultura e secret\u00e1rio Executivo da pasta de Esportes. Deixou a Secretaria Municipal de Cultura em abril de 2024 para se candidatar novamente a vereador, quando se elegeu como suplente.
