Assumiu o primeiro mandato em 1971 como o\u00a0</span><span>mais jovem vereador eleito da Capital.</span></p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; \"><span></span><span>Nos dois \u00faltimos mandatos, Paulo Magalh\u00e3es foi da base do governo e atualmente legisla de forma\u00a0</span><span>independente, sem nenhum acordo pol\u00edtico com o executivo municipal.</span></p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; \"><span></span><span>Com compromisso e muita responsabilidade, nunca faltou a nenhuma sess\u00e3o plen\u00e1ria, sendo o primeiro\u00a0</span><span>a chegar e o \u00faltimo a sair.
